Seneca Hose Chiefs 9, 9-1, and Rescue 5 responded just after midnight to the reported vehicle accident with injuries at the 219 at Ridge Rd.

Chief 9-1 and Rescue 5 arrived to find 1 vehicle well off the roadway down a steep embankment. Due to the slippery/muddy conditions and pitch of the embankment, a low angle Rope system was constructed to extricate an adult and pediatric patient using a stokes basket. Crews had both patients extricated and hauled up within 15 minutes of arrival.
